About Us

Marya Slocumb started East Bay Dog Adventures in 2019 after working with dogs for over 3 years at a local daycare. It was during her time working in a dog daycare environment that she realized how important structured activity and focused engagement is for dogs. She saw that a cookie cutter approach to "playtime" was not meeting all of their needs so was inspired to start a business focused on providing dogs with not only the physical activity but also mental enrichment paired with practicing important skills like cue reinforcement and recall.

At East Bay Dog Adventures, we want to help your dog be the best version of themselves and to help you understand your dog better.
